Order a product, they delivered the wrong product. They did accept the returned product, but rather than delivering the correct product, they just credited my account even after numerous attempts to get them to deliver the product I ordered. It is a constant battle to get hold of someone that does not send an automated message. Unprofessional and no customer service. I would rather pay more to a company that actually have people talking to their customers.
