In general Takealot delivered the goods we ordered in time and in good order.
But when they erroneously charged me for items I did not order, their help to resolve the issue was pathetic.
They could not provide details of the alleged orders or proof of delivery. The customer has to proof that he bought nothing by...sending them proof of the order...which since I did not make an order is impossible.
Check your bank statements - you may have donated to the Takealot does not give a damn fund as well.
