Basically Takealot has the proof that the product was clollected. I have the proof that Takealot has reseived it. If there is a problem between Takealot's courier and Takealot. That is literally not my problem. I will no longer wait. Bloody hell its the 29th (I have been waiting almost two months for my money back- this company is stealing from me). Please return my money today or put me in contact with a manager. No one is responding to my emails. I cant call to talk to someone at Takelot because your phonline is switched off due to covid. So let them call me. I am now at the level of anger that I can hit someone with something. I really have never ever work with or baught from a business that is so unprofessional.
