After they delivered a food processor instead of a watch strap that I had bought, the nightmare begins. My daughter's gift will now arrive well after her birthday!!! Instead of just delivering the correct item when they collect the food processor, the food processor needs to be collected, checked whether it qualifies as a return. If yes, they will then schedule a delivery. If this is how Takealot deals with their own mistakes, then I can only hope that they got competition soon.
