In short, I ordered a fridge from Takealot. Fridge reached us with dents on the door. They collected the dented unit and delivered a new unit on the same day. Guess what? The replacement unit also has a dent on the door.
Can Takealot handle major appliances? Clearly their QA or delivery process needs a revamp if they intend to compete with Amazon.
