It was my second time I went to collect an order. This was Monday around 2pm.
I made a point of timing their service. I started the clock when the gentleman at the door confirmed I was collecting, there was no one waiting, I had my barcode ready to be scanned, the polite and friendly assistant confirmed my name and popped around the corner. I thank her and walked out and stopped the clock. 32.35 seconds. My experience was first class. Well done takealot and keep it up. Thank you.
