I ordered a pair of earphones which were supposed to be here on the 23rd of dec.
It is already the 27th and I cannot reach takealot via customer service and they are not answering the three tickets I have already submitted.
On Friday the 24th I managed to call them and the agent assured me she would come back to me by the end of the business day. She never did.
I think the customer service sucks.
I paid for these earphones and its almost been three weeks and I have nothing!
