Device purchased stopped working after only a handful of uses in less than 4 months. Contacted Takealot about return as they have a return policy on defective products up to 6 months. Received an initial response that they would "look into it" after which radio silence. Attempted to contact them several times over a few weeks, including opening another customer service ticket in an attempt to get a response - nothing. After looking online I have found a LOT of similar reviews where people have had trouble with defective items and being unable to return them/ignored by Takealot. Extremely poor customer service, will be looking elsewhere for purchases in the future.
