I had a delivery due on Saturday 5 November which did not arrive. I did not receive any communication indicating that my delivery would not be delivered. I phoned on Sunday morning and was told that my query would be escalated and someone would come back to me, no response. I queried on Monday morning, same story, my query would be escalated.
Do you call this customer service?? I call it disgusting service!!!!
