I placed a order with takealot.com on the 19 Nov 23 however the order has been "lost" two times and I'm waiting this on the 28 Nov 2023 and I haven't received my order and they refusing to refund me because of a policy they can't explain
I'm very unhappy with the service I'm been receiving from them as it's not the first time such is happening to my orders
Drivers losing item and I have to be inconvenience because of their incompetence
