I had an order which they packed in several boxes. In addition to various other items I had ordered two sets of pen refills, one black and the other blue. The blue refills were given a separate box with nothing but wasted space and a piece of brown paper as company and there was no sign of any refill in any other box. I asked for a credit on my account (R79) since a special delivery seems wasteful and my request (made more than a week ago) was "expedited" to who-knows-where. I feel disinclined to deal with Takealot again.
