Reported to the CGSO for bad business practice.
We purchased a Toshiba washing machine a year ago and the drum belt snapped last month. We sent it in for repairs (MRRN-J7PBB-VEJ6) and, after much back and forth for thirty days, have now been told that a refund has been granted instead of a replacement. They have done this because they know the machine now costs twice as much! Disgusting service!
