Shocking client service.
I bought an iPhone 13 pro on takealot.
The camera lens fell out within the first month - I returned the phone seeking a new phone.
The return was declined and I received phots of a damaged and cracked phone.
I sent 10 emails, made telephone calls and explained that I deny damaging that phone. - if I had damaged it I would have simply claimed through my insurance., which now I cannot as I did not damage the phone.
I asked in each mail that someone should contact me on my cellphone - no one did.
I was left with one liner replies and a quotation of the return policy.
I expected better from takealot and I am not satisfied with how they dealt with the matter.
I refuse to accept that damaged phone.
