I placed an order for 3 items and one was cancelled by Takealot due to suppllier issue, Takalot then gave me a credit on my account. I want to talk to someone and tell them that this does not work for me as I will need to pay for the delivery fee if I order golf balls again. However, for me to talk to a live person is difficult, they have bots doing this, and it seems a laborious process to get to a customer service person. This compares to Temu who just can't be communicated to. In my opinion, this is exactly why online is not that great and stores wont go away. However Takealot needs to make the human interaction important.
