I had a bad experience yesterday where I was waiting for a long outstanding order to be dispatched for delivery today. I happened to have the order open on my computer and noted that the anticipated delivery date was changed from 11 July to 19 July, without notifying me. I was very irritated at the delay, let alone not being notified of the fact.
