Takeaway delivered my order to the incorrect address and let an unauthorised person sign for it. They have acknowledged this in writing but a week later no one can tell me where my parcel is. Customer service is very poor as no one communicates with you. I want a refund so I can repurchase my kids Christmas presents which Takealot has lost.
