Takealot has a 21 day promise on returns, the promise is that if the item is not fixed/repaired within 21 days, they will credit/replace your item.
23 days have passed, but I have not received my refund as per they 21 day "promise". Now they are throwing bureaucratic reasoning my side.
Don't trust their 21 day promise.
