I had a friend buy me a voucher and it took like 2 weeks for different people to tell me different things about why it wasn’t working. It still ended up not working because we had followed all their dumb instructions.
Such a long, painful and frustrating process.
I was really let down by Takealot and how unseriously they obviously took my issues.
