Shocking misleading information from Takealot
My new Hisense guaranteed for 4 years has been diagnosed as faulty by the Hisense engineer - which process took months to get the report!
Then they told me to get it collected by Takealot who had told me they would replace it as advised by Hisense, and now they are telling it it will take up to 3 weeks to get a replacement!
I want a refund and then I can start over again but I am getting major hassles with them. Pathetic customer handling after I was a told twice that it would be sorted out in a few days.
