I ordered 5 items in one order. Then I received a mail that delivery will be delayed because some items are on back order. I then requested for the order to be split (each split order will still be more than R450) but apparently Takealot can't split my order because the background processes are "much more complex"
So they would rather loose sales than deal with their complex background processes. What a joke!
