TERRIBLE company with ZERO customer service. A random payment of £29.99 taken from my credit card stating “VUE CINEMA HUDDERSFIELD”. (I live in East Anglia, never been to Huddersfield). I registered an account at random, a long time ago.. DID NOT join a subscription! I had the app on my phone, but did not use it, or see value to it so deleted it. NEVER put my card details in, and it is not showing as an accidental subscription on my phone. They refused to refund the amount and kept repeating their T&Cs. “Resolutions Manager” was unhelpful, not comprehending my points and resolved NOTHING. Highly irritated, and having to escalate through my bank.
