As for my experience: I bought a template with support included. Support wasn't delivered, and the template was discontinued. So far, so good as I should have received a refund or at least a credit. But the saga which started then is just too tedious and designed to delay and prevent a refund/credit. In the process, creating a very frustrated customer (who paid a few hundred $ for templates in the past!). Dodgy
