I bought a template, and when I came to download it, my AVG antivirus stopped the download and reported a virus. This happened twice, so I contacted Template Monster. I have been told that the only way to get a refund is to ask the author of the template for help and allow them to access the server and system I am having problems with so they can fix it. So instead of them hacking into my system I am to let them in. Ridiculous. Avoid this company.
