Absolutely awful customer service!! Ordered 2 identical items & only 1 received. Been in continuous contact to track 2nd item being told exactly the same "I can only apologise!" This seems to be the e tent of customer services vocabulary. I have sent to 2 comments by email yet no acknowledgement. Today queried my order again and was told the store had not dispatched yet. Now had an email to say I will receive a refund for the missing item. Very annoyed and will never order from this company again!! Shop elsewhere folks, they do NOT care about customers or service!!
