it has been over a month since theoutnet received my return package. the return is accepted but still not refund ... for a high-end site that sells luxury items, this seems intolerable to me. This is without counting the responses from the after-sales service which are useless except to make you wait by telling you that we will send you an email when we will refund you. It sucks, you take people for morons. shame on you
