“This company is a fraud. Make sure you do a video of your return before you seal the box. On May 12th, I purchased two products that didn't fit, so I returned them through UPS with the provided label. I tracked the return until OUTNET received it. I know this, because they only had one pant for each size. When it was returned and added to the inventory, i was happy I would be credited immediately. You can imagine my disappointment when I was only credited for the Top and not the pants. Both products were returned in the same box. I was told to send a copy of the return receipt during the dispute, all to no avail. I am so disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. As a result, I am left with a deficit of $254 for a product i returned. I have tried severally to communicate with a manager all to no resolution. How does one return two products in the same box but only get credit for one. WATCH out. OUTNET is a fraud.”

“Do not use this service. No delivery of two parcels worth £1000’s after over a month. Customer service are uncontactable and refuse to respond to emails and calls. Hard to feel this isn’t a scam. Now forced to take legal action to recover my money.”

“CONSUMER TARGETED PRICE INCREASES. I was in the midst of purchasing a number of items when they suddenly disappeared from my cart. I looked on the website and five of the items had gone from there too. Two days later the items all re-appeared at much inflated prices, an average of $200 extra on each item. It was as if the Outnet deliberately targeted me and those very items I was about to purchase. I contacted the company which offered no explanation. It seems unethical behaviour to raise the prices of the very items I am trying to buy. I will not buy from this site again”

“Had to wait 1 month for the wrong item While ordering delivery in 6 business days was advertised. It took 20 business days for my order to arrive, and the items were all wrong. Lets see what other problems I’ll encounter in the return process.”

“I will never ever order from this company again. I’m not sure where they are based but if you need customer service, you can barely understand these people they’re from another country. They’re not in the United States of America and they read from a script and they’re not helpful. They actually lied to me today and told me they just received my return which I wanted for an exchange however I got confirmation that they received it weeks ago and then they left me on hold for over 45 minutes. Do not order from this company.”

“Totally unreliable and I will never order here again. We returned part of our order, did it all according procedure and they refuse to refund. They say that the package was lost and kept saying to respond to our emails and calls and kept saying they were investigation but never came back to us. Once we filed a claim with PayPal it was not within the 30 days and Paypal couldn't do anything anymore. Paypal said that the Outnet often does this on purpose in this way.”

“Awful customer service and terrible ethics. I ordered a pair of boots, a few days later as price dropped i asked for price match or else i would return and order the new pair at lower price. As terrible as they are, they refused to match. So i ordered the new pair and returned the old pair but somehow i received the new pair ie. Lower amount refund?! I am raising issues with Amex and Trading Standard. It is purely robbery this company. Won’t order again and avoid please.”

“Like many others, trying to get a refund for almost two months now. Outnet first claimed package paperwork was missing (than admitted it was in order), then that they need to get some details from currier to get through the customs, then again admitted issue is on their side and that they were not exactly sure what the delay was but "are prioritising resolving this and will get back to me ASAP". They never did despite several identical calls. They now owe me few hundred £ and quite a few hours of my life.”

“Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 items over £200 and have never received them via UPS. 5 weeks later, and after several emails, they continue “to investigate” and have now updated my order tracking status to “delivered”. UPS confirmed parcel lost 4 weeks ago and I am struggling to get a refund. I think OUTNET are going bust. If not, it is a scam operation.”

“I returned an item but the OUTNET courier lost it. Despite it being their courier they have left me waiting weeks with no clarity about what is going on, without a refund, not replying to emails, failing to provide information over the phone. I call or email them most days and it is exhausting.”

“It's quite unfortunate that too many people have fallen victim to the vast array of online frauds, resulting in large losses, some accountable to life-changing consequences.
