This company is a fraud. Make sure you do a video of your return before you seal the box. On May 12th, I purchased two products that didn't fit, so I returned them through UPS with the provided label. I tracked the return until OUTNET received it. I know this, because they only had one pant for each size. When it was returned and added to the inventory, i was happy I would be credited immediately. You can imagine my disappointment when I was only credited for the Top and not the pants. Both products were returned in the same box. I was told to send a copy of the return receipt during the dispute, all to no avail. I am so disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. As a result, I am left with a deficit of $254 for a product i returned. I have tried severally to communicate with a manager all to no resolution. How does one return two products in the same box but only get credit for one. WATCH out. OUTNET is a fraud.
