I will never ever order from this company again. I’m not sure where they are based but if you need customer service, you can barely understand these people they’re from another country. They’re not in the United States of America and they read from a script and they’re not helpful. They actually lied to me today and told me they just received my return which I wanted for an exchange however I got confirmation that they received it weeks ago and then they left me on hold for over 45 minutes. Do not order from this company.

Totally unreliable and I will never order here again. We returned part of our order, did it all according procedure and they refuse to refund. They say that the package was lost and kept saying to respond to our emails and calls and kept saying they were investigation but never came back to us. Once we filed a claim with PayPal it was not within the 30 days and Paypal couldn't do anything anymore. Paypal said that the Outnet often does this on purpose in this way.

Awful customer service and terrible ethics. I ordered a pair of boots, a few days later as price dropped i asked for price match or else i would return and order the new pair at lower price. As terrible as they are, they refused to match. So i ordered the new pair and returned the old pair but somehow i received the new pair ie. Lower amount refund?! I am raising issues with Amex and Trading Standard. It is purely robbery this company. Won’t order again and avoid please.

Like many others, trying to get a refund for almost two months now. Outnet first claimed package paperwork was missing (than admitted it was in order), then that they need to get some details from currier to get through the customs, then again admitted issue is on their side and that they were not exactly sure what the delay was but "are prioritising resolving this and will get back to me ASAP". They never did despite several identical calls. They now owe me few hundred £ and quite a few hours of my life.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 items over £200 and have never received them via UPS. 5 weeks later, and after several emails, they continue “to investigate” and have now updated my order tracking status to “delivered”. UPS confirmed parcel lost 4 weeks ago and I am struggling to get a refund. I think OUTNET are going bust. If not, it is a scam operation.

Ordered some boots to Sweden that never arrived. Awfully handled by support where they tried to ignore me. Took several months to get the money back from the delivery company.

I returned an item but the OUTNET courier lost it. Despite it being their courier they have left me waiting weeks with no clarity about what is going on, without a refund, not replying to emails, failing to provide information over the phone. I call or email them most days and it is exhausting.

Abysmal customer service. Despite a dozen calls and emails they have yet to resolve my package that never arrived and was mistakenly sent to a random person in another state. I even wrote to the CEO with no reply. Will never buy from them again

I never received my package of three items from the Outnet. It went to a random person in another state. Despite 24 calls and emails they have yet to respond. I even wrote the CEO with no reply. UPS put in a claim and they have not responded. I will never purchase anything from them again!

The return label is not included on purpose. Impossible to request it from the customer service. Horrible! Never ever again.

I advise against ordering from The Outnet. They appear to be a not trustworthy company. I am still waiting to be refunded 250 euros, for a return I made over two months ago. They told me to provide them with the receipt that shows that I returned the package, which I have sent them. Then they told me to wait, patiently. I waited and waited.. then I asked them for an update, and now they don’t respons to my e-mails. I am so dissapointed and frustrated, I have never experienced such bad customer service. In my opinion they are thiefs and they don’t deserve any stars.

No customer service, count your blessings if you receive your order, forget about your money if you don't The Outnet refused to refund me my 200 euro order that I never received, or signed for. It has been 2 months of me asking for updates over email; they responded twice then ignored my emails.

I ordered a pair of converse sneakers with two tones and they sent me wrong pair with wrong colors. I sent them back to exchange, they sent me the exact same shoes, they didn't even switch the pair. I emailed them many times and they answered same thing that they would get back to me. I asked them if they didn't have a correct pair I would return the shoes, if not they should have corrected.

AVOID this company! I would give it 0 stars if I could. I'm a Canadian who has been online shopping from numerous merchants for more than 20 years. This is the ONLY company refusing to refund sales tax and customs because I'm residing out of the EU. NEVER experienced this before. You'll definitely regret it if you're a North American customer who purchases stuff from this company.

I bought a sundress (silk and viscose) since I wanted to avoid polyester. The quality of it seemed to be great but quite sensitive. It ripped suddenly. The answer of outnet was “that the damage to it was caused by wear and tear and is therefore not faulty.” I wore it only four times! I expect a better customer care if buying high end cloth! I will avoid this company.
