“The return process was a massive headache! I followed the instructions, only for the package to be returned to me by UPS without any explanation. I contacted UPS which the driver asked me to do, till today haven't heard anything back from them. I contacted Outnet to resend the shipping documents and arrange another pick up, again the driver came and asked me if I have a label, I explained to him and showed him the mail sent by UPS, I spent hours trying to get through to both companies and when you do, no real resolution. Its a very stressful process and would avoid in the future!”

“I had to exchange something then unfortunately return it. On returning the item I was told it had already been refunded as I returned dot for an exchange .. WTAH? .. so I’m out of pocket should have kept the pants instead of thinking of thinking of a Refund or store credit. So now I’m out of pocket!! Insane … exchanged item returned for refund but told no as it’s already been done!! They can’t provide evidence they’ve refunded - because they haven’t! The days they’re saying the refunded it don’t even make sense as the item was still in transit or not exchanged at that time. The useless customer care person can’t seem to get his head around it so I’m at a loss ! Stop the refund is in process … as it’s not been completed EVER! Buyer beware .. go else where not worth the trouble!”

“Outnet is SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I have order one dress and one pair of heels. They canceled the dress without updating me, but instead I received an invoice with tax for 2 items, which was more expensive than one pair of shoes itself. I required refund straightway. However after few days, I have only received the amount without tax, and been charged USD 232 for no reason! If I have done a bit research before I went to this dodgy website, I would never buy anything from them!!!!!”

“The OUTNET is a terrible retailer. My order has not arrived after 6 weeks. Customer service terms state delivery in 4-6 days. I have emailed customer service 8 times with no reply. I have called customer service 4 times and told they are investigating the matter and will call me back. They have not called back. Twice they have blamed DHL. Each time I called DHL to check and they confirm the order has not been collected and is still with OUTNET. Another explanation: there was a typhoon and finally: DHL blamed again. The OUTNET is not taking any responsibly, has refused to refund me. Has refused to refund me and re issue the item, that is in stock. Has refused to hold a replacement while I await an outcome. I have also called Net-a-Porter and although OUTNET is owned by them, they also take no responsibility”

“Received damaged gown , customer service unavailable, took several emails to get response and wrong one - as had to get damage fixed on my own and pay double for it - event was in a day Not only she didn’t bother to read full email she took it upon herself to ship another gown I didn’t request and at that point didn’t need Shame”

“I just keep these review here to help for other people; I was have order in outnet ; was waiting it and when it was in my country on border it someone from outnet workers request receive back my order ( mean back Italy), I write then on mail solve these problems., I write live chat, spend a lot time; in end : they tell me we back order because courier can’t receive my signature 3 days; On minute attention: order back from custom; it wasn’t back from courier; because it even didn’t finish custom procedures!!!!!!!!! They lie to custom and no have any feedback communication!!!!! If I can I put 0 mark”

“I ordered 2 items (a bag and a pair of shoes) and because the total reached a certain amount, I was charged tax for them, which I accepted. They canceled the shoes without telling me ahead of time, and proceeded with the sale of the bag. But the tax they charged was for BOTH the shoes and the bag! I've returned the bag with the assurance that they will refund the cost of bag along with the tax they collected. Now they're refusing to refund the tax. Mind you, this is tax for both the bag and shoes--the sale of the shoes did not even push through because they cancelled it themselves. WHAT A SCAM.”

“it has been over a month since theoutnet received my return package. the return is accepted but still not refund ... for a high-end site that sells luxury items, this seems intolerable to me. This is without counting the responses from the after-sales service which are useless except to make you wait by telling you that we will send you an email when we will refund you. “Absolute sh** show. If I could give them -2/10 I would, but I can't. Basically, what happened is that I tried placing an order online an evening ago and the money for the order have been taken out my account, quite a good sum I must add, no order to be found anywhere on the website, just like that it doesn't exist, but bare with me - money are paid for it, tried calling the customer service phones provided numerous times, no answer. Only got one flaky email telling me that this is the procedure and the amount will be restored up to 10 days, right. Now, I have stayed on the phone with the fraud and scam team of my bank, as they said the money have been paid to the company... contued writing emails, no answer, tried live chat, technical issue was the problem. Nobody is actually taking responsibilty, nobody is answering, what now?1 Trust me , STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! I am going to write this on as many websites as I can, so people can see what type of scum you are”

“Unbelievable- beyond any questions of late shipping and refund issues. This website tried to double charge me ! This is true crime. I ordered from this site many times I don’t know what’s going on here. Everyone knows the amount is being charged with the minute you created your order! And it did. That was five days ago and today! Just now I got a message from my bank saying that the OUTNET tried to charge me again with the same order I made 5 days ago and I immediately called my bank and they confirmed it. Yes the OUTNET tried to double charge me without any explanation and notice. This is no difference to stolen your credit card. I want an explanation. Is not safe to use this site anymore and guess what they don’t have a payment delete options like other website do. That means they can use your card whenever they want.”

“Making Returning items a hard matter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a return as the items were too small, and not other sizes were available on the website. Deliberately or not, they "forgot" to include the label for the returning inside the box, so it has became a nightmare to have this label from them and be able to send it back so that I can have my refund of 1170US dollars!!! The chat agent keeps excusing themself and given non-sense reasons while wasting my time. Never I will place an order with these people. I am still trying to get this LABEL!”

“I would give a zero star. I brought a Prada coat with promotion code. The outnet cancelled my order and said something goes wrong with my payment or my delivery detail. I double checked my bank transaction detail and it appears the payment has been taken, all the information is correct. Then I try to brought that coat again, the promotion code cannot apply in this coat. Finally I understand they just don't want to sell me at a extra discount. Could U please tell me if you don't want me use the promotion code why I successfully applied the code and completed the payment when I first ordered this coat? I really don't want to say your website is doggy, but appearently you are!!!!!! It is a realy bad and disgusting shopping experience I ever have.
