“Such a dire company - avoid, avoid, avoid! A total bunch of crooks. Sent me a duplicate order. I asked them to cancel one and they failed to do so. They were different amounts despite being the same item. i returned the more expensive one (note no tracking on returns so you don't know when they've got it) and they refunded me for the cheaper one. I got one email saying they'd refund me the correct amount and another saying they wouldn't. As far as I'm concerned they have zero ethics and are an appalling company sitting under the auspices of a supposedly respectable brand in net-a-porter. Buy from the many many decent companies out there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!”

“I'm so confused some customer say that they didn't receive their order, or they didn't return their money, I had purchased a dress before reading the reviews, and my dress came with no problem, But now I'm afraid to order again,thinking the second time around I might not be a happy customer so I don't know.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. JUST STAY AWAY... THEY ARE FRAUD..... THEY CHARGE YOU AND TAKE THE MONEY ROM YOUR BANK RIGHT AWAY..... I RETURNED THE ITEM TWO WEEKS AGO AND THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET AND KEEP TELLING , NONE SEANCE...... "YOU SHOULD WAIT"...... THEY HAVE STOLEN $700.00 MY MONEY. I CLAIMED A FRAUD TO MY BANK AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS COMPANY WILL BE REMOVED FROM PAYPAL SOON. BECAUSE OF SO MANY CLAIM THEY HAVE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER REPUTABLE WEBSITES TO DO BUSINESS. “I have now been waiting over a month for a refund that they said had gone through 5 weeks ago. I have spoken to their customer services to no avail. This company has £2300 of MY money, and I've been charged £95 by my credit card as a result. Don't order from these corrupt fools. I never gave this problem from Yoox, who are their parent company.”

“Very unfortunate experience. This company knows how to rip their customers off. They don't refund you sales taxes and duties on your return. So you simply pay for looking at the item. What a nonsense company. What do they do with those taxes collected? Do they pay those to their tax office? Does anybody belive in that? Who ever started this company knew very well how to make money on 'rich people'. Just another 'Inernet way' to steal money from people. So sad!!!”

“I bouth 2 dresses for Christmas parties with next day delivery. Not only they haven't arrived but they don't know when they will. I asked for a refund as I needed for this weekend and I've been told that the refund will be done once they will receive the shipment back as at the moment is lost somewhere in DHL hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!”

“They never have delivered my shoes, and had not pay back my money! On the website you can write to presales and to after salens by you can't really send a message. On the emailadress you've got after ordering and paying, you only get a automated nothing saying answer, even if you put the proof of payment in it. How can I get my money back, that I need to buy shoes in a fysical store in my own town?”

“I ordered a leather jacket online, my credit card was debited the amount (pre-authorization) and a few days later I received an email sorry, that item is out of stock and no longer available. A week and a half later they still hadnt reversed the credit card transaction. Ill never use them again- they sell items not in stock.”

“They used to be great. Website and app easy to navigate, great product and specific sizing info. Then they went and changed the app and took away most of the product info, replacing it with very generic descriptions. They also changed it so you couldn’t just tap on the designer after viewing a certain product to see the rest of the pieces by same designer. THEN they changed from using DHL for international orders to a cheaper local alternative (but delivery charge remains same) and now it not only takes forever to get the item, but returns are also more complicated! I used to shop lots from them but no more!”

“TERRIBLE company/experience. Twice I placed orders and twice they cancelled them (for no good reason) and without notifying me...and the second time it was despite their customer service emailing me an assurance that my order was fine despite the first order debacle. AND they charged my credit card (which amounts to fraud if they cancelled the order and lied telling me it was OK). STAY FAR AWAY from this site--it sucks.”

“I ordered few times with them. Good experience until this time. My packet did not arrive. I chased them, also DHL. No news. The money was devoted from my account. No packet with my clothes and no news from OUTNET. I have to say that I feel very disappointed and to be honest I do not know what to do to find my packet or get my money back. Any advices welcome. 🙏🏻”
