“Absolute sh** show. If I could give them -2/10 I would, but I can't. Basically, what happened is that I tried placing an order online an evening ago and the money for the order have been taken out my account, quite a good sum I must add, no order to be found anywhere on the website, just like that it doesn't exist, but bare with me - money are paid for it, tried calling the customer service phones provided numerous times, no answer. Only got one flaky email telling me that this is the procedure and the amount will be restored up to 10 days, right. Now, I have stayed on the phone with the fraud and scam team of my bank, as they said the money have been paid to the company... contued writing emails, no answer, tried live chat, technical issue was the problem. Nobody is actually taking responsibilty, nobody is answering, what now?1 Trust me , STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! I am going to write this on as many websites as I can, so people can see what type of scum you are”

I ordered from this site many times I don’t know what’s going on here. Everyone knows the amount is being charged with the minute you created your order! And it did. That was five days ago and today! Just now I got a message from my bank saying that the OUTNET tried to charge me again with the same order I made 5 days ago and I immediately called my bank and they confirmed it. Yes the OUTNET tried to double charge me without any explanation and notice. This is no difference to stolen your credit card. I want an explanation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a return as the items were too small, and not other sizes were available on the website. Deliberately or not, they "forgot" to include the label for the returning inside the box, so it has became a nightmare to have this label from them and be able to send it back so that I can have my refund of 1170US dollars!!! Then I try to brought that coat again, the promotion code cannot apply in this coat. Finally I understand they just don't want to sell me at a extra discount. Could U please tell me if you don't want me use the promotion code why I successfully applied the code and completed the payment when I first ordered this coat? “Such a dire company - avoid, avoid, avoid!
A total bunch of crooks. Sent me a duplicate order. I asked them to cancel one and they failed to do so. They were different amounts despite being the same item. i returned the more expensive one (note no tracking on returns so you don't know when they've got it) and they refunded me for the cheaper one. I got one email saying they'd refund me the correct amount and another saying they wouldn't.
As far as I'm concerned they have zero ethics and are an appalling company sitting under the auspices of a supposedly respectable brand in net-a-porter.
Buy from the many many decent companies out there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!”

On the website you can write to presales and to after salens by you can't really send a message. On the emailadress you've got after ordering and paying, you only get a automated nothing saying answer, even if you put the proof of payment in it.
How can I get my money back, that I need to buy shoes in a fysical store in my own town?”
