Awful experience with TheOutnet! Waiting for a refund for a month now, the parcel is held in Capri since the 9th of November. Customer support took 20 minutes to check and told me that he sent the documents to UPS, so I have to wait until the status changes.
Used to order a lot from this website, but this is definitely my last order.
