If we good give negative we would ammiright. I’ll keep this short- I’d never purchased from this site before but heard this was part of Net-a-Porter which is very reputable. I’ve ordered from FarFetch and Norman’s numerous times through the years and all luxury, designer badges.
Gave this a whirl- ordered several pieces and returned several. A McQueen sweater being one of them. A few notes: I NEVER EVER alter or remove tags I don’t do funky stuff like wear an item and return it. You know- fraudulent returns- I don’t do that.
Anyway received an email a week later saying they processed the return but all items had processed except the McQueen (the most costly item in the lot). I called and the rep told me they said they didn’t process that return because it’s been worn! I could not believe what I had just heard- the tags, the sweater, every thing was in exact condition it was in when it got to me. I don’t wear deodorant so I know there weren’t deodorant marks. I never wore that sweater. (And ps. The earrings I ordered which I sent back, look like they had been worn for years and were cheap. Super tarnished Zimmerman’s.) the rep hung up on me after I calmly told him how very very bad this is- that sweater was in perfect condition with every tag attached and wrapped in tissue paper when it was packed up. I called back and a rep told me they would put in a ticket. I woke up this morning to a partial refund of the item but still no emails. They didn’t send an email discussing the reason they didn’t refund that sweater initially and they haven’t s by an email confirming the partial credit. All forms of communication a reputable organization would do since this is a banking transaction and those are agreements that a merchant must abide by when accessing a customers financial institution. AVOID this place. I will be taking this up with my bank but what I headache. I will never ever order from them again.
