Last week i ordered a bottle of perfume and i noticed a hour later, i had been charged twice and i had a dulpicate order, i was told it was my mistake when i tried to cancel the 2nd order, and i couldnt cancel the order has it had been dealt with at the warehouse i could return it once i recieved them because it was a great offer i decided to keep both perfumes and i didnt compare the times of the orders on the emails i assumed it was my mistake,and i didnt want the mither of sending them back,
Last night i ordered a bottle of aftershave for my husband the order went through and i was happy but low and behold 2 hours later i receive a alert on my phone another dulpicate order same aftershave but this time i checked the times of the orders ,on the emails, there are 2 different order numbers
This cannot be a dulpicate order i ordered my first bottle of aftershave at 1,13am then the second email was sent time stamped at 2,37am
I have spoken to the customer sevice team the first lady told me it was my fault so i have 2 options keep them both or return them
Then another member of there team contacted me and said it looks like there was a problem at the online option and when i recieve the parcels just accept 1 and refuse the 2nd parcel and it will be returned back to them,but i dont understand how tje order cannot be stopped at there warehouse, i know have the inconvenience of returning a item back to them
I want people to beware that this could happen to them
This wasnt my mistake, and i dont believe this was a mistake, and i believe someone could of helped me sort this out i wont be ordering from them again
