Last week i ordered a bottle of perfume and i noticed a hour later, i had been charged twice and i had a dulpicate order, i was told it was my mistake when i tried to cancel the 2nd order, and i couldnt cancel the order has it had been dealt with at the warehouse i could return it once i recieved them because it was a great offer i decided to keep both perfumes and i didnt compare the times of the orders on the emails i assumed it was my mistake,and i didnt want the mither of sending them back, Last night i ordered a bottle of aftershave for my husband the order went through and i was happy but low and behold 2 hours later i receive a alert on my phone another dulpicate order same aftershave but this time i checked the times of the orders ,on the emails, there are 2 different order numbers This cannot be a dulpicate order i ordered my first bottle of aftershave at 1,13am then the second email was sent time stamped at 2,37am I have spoken to the customer sevice team the first lady told me it was my fault so i have 2 options keep them both or return them Then another member of there team contacted me and said it looks like there was a problem at the online option and when i recieve the parcels just accept 1 and refuse the 2nd parcel and it will be returned back to them,but i dont understand how tje order cannot be stopped at there warehouse, i know have the inconvenience of returning a item back to them I want people to beware that this could happen to them This wasnt my mistake, and i dont believe this was a mistake, and i believe someone could of helped me sort this out i wont be ordering from them again A very unhappy customer

If I could score less I would! Avoid as when problems arise they do not care nor wish to resolve. So I ordered a bottle of perfume over £100.00. Upon receipt of my package the box was damaged, partially open and compromised. Upon opening the remainder of the box, my perfume was missing. So I contacted Customer services. Having completed their requested form as well as sending proof of the damage to my parcel, including the proof of delivery received from the courier which showed exactly the same damage as I had photographed. Customer services have basically said “tough” and following their investigations their warehouse had packed/despatched my perfume, (this was not under dispute). And as the courier had not reported any damage to the delivered parcel they were not resolving my complaint. Again I explained to Customer services the situation and that I had proof of said damage and even from the courier, but their response again was to no avail. So now I’m over £100.00 down with no goods to show for it. Absolutely diabolical Customer service whom don’t listen nor do they want to resolve what was a regular customer. I want to tell you about my shopping experience and the absurd policy of dishonest customer treatment. I bought Hugo Boss Ultimate (with the green "Ultimate" inscription) as it was displayed on The Perfume Shop's website. When I received the package, I didn't immediately notice that the inscription was black, not green. I sprayed the perfume and instantly realised it wasn't the right one. I sent the product back, explaining that they had sent me the wrong item. In response to my complaint, I was told they wouldn't accept the return because the product had been opened and sprayed, and for "hygiene reasons," they couldn't process the return. Firstly, the store sent the wrong product to begin with. Secondly, what "hygiene reasons" are they talking about? People go to clothing stores and try on shirts and blouses, which is far less hygienic, and somehow those stores don't seem to care. Nobody puts perfume under their armpits or on their crotch. I advise everyone to avoid this store and think very carefully before making a purchase. My wife has already stopped shopping at The Perfume Shop, and she used to buy from them several times a year. I've never had a problem with returns at Fraser, Notino, or other stores. Avoid this shop if you don't want to be scammed, because that's exactly what The Perfume Shop is doing. Ou've had a truly terrible experience, and it's completely understandable that you'd advise others to avoid the shop.

I will never buy any product from this shop again. Made 2 orders online for collection at Blanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland, one 424 eurs and one 25 eurs. Collected the first order but the second order was missing. Contacted customer service by email with no response and never hear back from chat. 25 eurs are not much to lose but customer service is too bad. Don't recommend the shop.

I bought Channel chance and when applied on my skin the smell doesn’t last . Doesn’t even smells nice , I think the perfume is fake . I will Never buy from this shop again . 😡😡

If i could give hem a score less than one star i would. Terrible customer service based in south Africa. They are rude and spoke to me unbothered. I paid for next working day delivery and it was 3 days late and also delivered damaged and some perfume missing Still battling with them for a refund. Absolute nightmare of a company.

Today at 12.31.03, I shopped for perfume at the Perfume shop in Harlow and the Customer Service I received was exemplary. The lady that gave this exceptional service was called Desi. It was very refreshing to be served by such an individual who had knowledge of the products she is employed to sell & did so with patience & kindness.

Scammed by this company don't touch them online bought 2 perfumes only got one and no refund €115 out of pocket sent from France and marked as orange juice totally doggy

They tried taking two payments of different amounts, one for £51 and another for £59. My bank go suspicious. And declined both payments normally only order if I can pay via PayPal because if you don't get the goods PayPal refund your money. Good job my bank was vigilant.

Appalling experience from the Xmas Temp. Popped into the Aberdeen, Union Square Perfume Shop on Saturday, 16th November. After smelling various testers for Tom Ford, I decided which fragrance I wanted and the helpful chap explained there was a 25% discount on both the Tom Ford gift set and the YSL MYSLF gift set. I asked when the offer ends, and the chap checked, verified and confirmed it did not end until close of play on Sunday 17th November. Sunday 17th I popped into the Perfume Shop, saw the young chap who served me the day before and explained I was there to pick up the two gift sets as discussed, only to be told the Tom Ford gift set was no longer in the offer. I was stumped. He apologised and said he knew he'd made a mistake, but there was nothing he could do about it. I asked the chap who the manager was and if they could rectify his error, to which he informed me he was the acting manager and the best he could do was offer a 15% discount instead of the 25%. It was a start, but that was still a significant shortfall, had I been advised to complete the sale the previous day. At this point my conversation with the acting manager was rudely interrupted by a young girl, who was simply repeating what the acting manager had informed me of, to which I asked if she was a manager and if she could help, to which she replied "I'm just a Xmas temp", who had a different manager, managing her, who also couldn't help resolve the predicament the young chap had placed me in. I told the Xmas temp wanted to continue my conversation with the acting manager and was told by the Xmas temp she no longer wanted to serve me and told me to leave the store. She was not serving me, the acting manager was and to my complete astonishment, he told me he now agreed with his Xmas temp and that he no longer wanted to serve me. I will stress, at no point was there any shouting, raised voices, unpleasantries or hostility, except from the strange intrusive behaviour from this young girl who was a self introduced Xmas temp! I am truly astounded at the behaviour of this Xmas temp and to think she can turn away a single transaction of a few hundred pounds is scary, for you as a company. If that is how your Xmas temp behaves with such a simple query, I dread to think how much business she will turn away for you.

Love my mini travel perfumes which Chanel always gifts me however running out of it before my next trip I decided to purchase from here. Quick order and ok delivery however upon opening once back from my trip I noticed one of the two lids was sent- looks like factory fault. These sellers said they’re not liable. It’s not about the money as it’s a silly amount to pay for a 1.5ml -3ml but the treatment from their company. I would not recommend them and wished I had just gone to my usual Chanel and asked them using my VIP. Time consuming and feel like I was treated like a thief. Total waste of $50 + for a travel size that won’t open. I guess I’ll just have to break the lid to use.
