Do not order from this company. I returned an unopened perfume and still have not had my refund. It has been weeks. I have tried to complain and sent tins of emails all I get back is it is being processed. Avoid this company.

I ordered perfume on November 3rd and still have not received it - a request for a refund has not been answered. I would not recommend ordering from this company

First time I've ever written a review before I have received the product. My order is repeatedly delayed to a point i doubt it will turn up. My advice to anyone contemplating using The Perfume Shop is you would be far better spending a little more and using a competitor.

Still not received my parcel its been a week since ordering and the royal mail delivery says it missed delivery and will attempt again but nothing has come through not even a note from them.

I got women's perfume instead of men's aftershave. I was going to return it and reorder, but read so many bad reviews that I'll go to the shop in town. Amazon shouldn't use these websites if they are so bad.

I recently placed an order for several perfumes, but unfortunately some items were missing from my package. I have been trying to reach customer service for over a month, yet I have not received any helpful support or resolution. The experience has been very disappointing, and because of this, I will not be ordering from them again.

Horrendous customer service! My order is missing emailed them straight away stating I have not received it! They just keep ignoring me, the manager was rude! Do not order from these! They are scammers

My order arrived today, exactly one month and a day after ordering. In these days of "same-day deliveries" a month seems excessive, but they had their reasons. Here's what I DISLIKE about The Perfume Shop: 1. The "PreOrder" concept. They do not disclose what this means before you order. I suspect they keep very little stock and order an item when they receive a customer order. (Two Stars gone). Its probably the main way they can offer good prices. 2. I really HATE template responses to my emails. And I think I have seen them all ... three times. (One Star gone) Here's what I LIKE about the Perfume Shop: 1. The prices are good (One Star returned) 2. When a real person replies, they are excellent. Will I use them again? Yes, but only when I have the luxury of time.

Disappointing to learn rewards gained from points means nothing gifts are subject to availability allegedly so when you think you have their alleged 20% off when you spend over a certain amount which is for everyone and a nice little treat cause you have a rewards card think again. Chances are you could get cheaper elsewhere anyway

Would give 0 stars if I could I ordered. Few bits thankfully not too expensive but not the point I never fot the perfume I ordered I recieved the other bits though... I tried contacting through email and my email was closed I then tried to ring customer service after searching for their number online , after 40 minutes waiting the man told me to email photos which I explained I already had and the email was closed I said I would like it sorting here and now , the "gentleman" continued by putting down the phone on me , no aggression no rude words and that's how these clowns respond.... good luck chasing orders with these there is zero customer service and I have never had the phone put down on me by a company before , very quick to respond to paypal disputes though...... avoid at all costs online !!!!

They have good products for purchase. Issue is their delivery process: Whichever courier service or delivery system My Perfume Shop has is not worth the hassle of making a purchase. Further to making payment at check out, at a later stage, I was informed that there are additional delivery charges. I assume because it is international order? I would not have a problem paying these extra charges initially when I made purchase at checkout and make one full payment. My patience was over when I saw that the product was stuck at a depot in Dubai for a week or so. This is on top of prior waiting period for about 3-4 weeks already. I had to liaise wit MyPerfumeShop with emails back and forth for some time which in my opinion is too much work just for a perfume purchase. I then requested a refund which you would expect is a straight forward process. This is not a simple process either. I have a very long email chain as proof which in my opinion is too much work just for perfume purchase. IF YOU HAVE A DELAY from My Perfume Shop, expect to have a VERY LOONG WAIT!

Awful, slow communication, 3 months worth of delays, ignored me when I asked for/demanded a refund. Various excuses including lack of one Perfume, then magically they're waiting on a completely different one, then there's shipping issues, then blah, blahblah. Do not order from myperfumeshop.com.au I have reported them.

Last week i ordered a bottle of perfume and i noticed a hour later, i had been charged twice and i had a dulpicate order, i was told it was my mistake when i tried to cancel the 2nd order, and i couldnt cancel the order has it had been dealt with at the warehouse i could return it once i recieved them because it was a great offer i decided to keep both perfumes and i didnt compare the times of the orders on the emails i assumed it was my mistake,and i didnt want the mither of sending them back, Last night i ordered a bottle of aftershave for my husband the order went through and i was happy but low and behold 2 hours later i receive a alert on my phone another dulpicate order same aftershave but this time i checked the times of the orders ,on the emails, there are 2 different order numbers This cannot be a dulpicate order i ordered my first bottle of aftershave at 1,13am then the second email was sent time stamped at 2,37am I have spoken to the customer sevice team the first lady told me it was my fault so i have 2 options keep them both or return them Then another member of there team contacted me and said it looks like there was a problem at the online option and when i recieve the parcels just accept 1 and refuse the 2nd parcel and it will be returned back to them,but i dont understand how tje order cannot be stopped at there warehouse, i know have the inconvenience of returning a item back to them I want people to beware that this could happen to them This wasnt my mistake, and i dont believe this was a mistake, and i believe someone could of helped me sort this out i wont be ordering from them again A very unhappy customer

If I could score less I would! Avoid as when problems arise they do not care nor wish to resolve. So I ordered a bottle of perfume over £100.00. Upon receipt of my package the box was damaged, partially open and compromised. Upon opening the remainder of the box, my perfume was missing. So I contacted Customer services. Having completed their requested form as well as sending proof of the damage to my parcel, including the proof of delivery received from the courier which showed exactly the same damage as I had photographed. Customer services have basically said “tough” and following their investigations their warehouse had packed/despatched my perfume, (this was not under dispute). And as the courier had not reported any damage to the delivered parcel they were not resolving my complaint. Again I explained to Customer services the situation and that I had proof of said damage and even from the courier, but their response again was to no avail. So now I’m over £100.00 down with no goods to show for it. Absolutely diabolical Customer service whom don’t listen nor do they want to resolve what was a regular customer. Date of experience: 31 July 2025

I want to tell you about my shopping experience and the absurd policy of dishonest customer treatment. I bought Hugo Boss Ultimate (with the green "Ultimate" inscription) as it was displayed on The Perfume Shop's website. When I received the package, I didn't immediately notice that the inscription was black, not green. I sprayed the perfume and instantly realised it wasn't the right one. I sent the product back, explaining that they had sent me the wrong item. In response to my complaint, I was told they wouldn't accept the return because the product had been opened and sprayed, and for "hygiene reasons," they couldn't process the return. Firstly, the store sent the wrong product to begin with. Secondly, what "hygiene reasons" are they talking about? People go to clothing stores and try on shirts and blouses, which is far less hygienic, and somehow those stores don't seem to care. Nobody puts perfume under their armpits or on their crotch. I advise everyone to avoid this store and think very carefully before making a purchase. My wife has already stopped shopping at The Perfume Shop, and she used to buy from them several times a year. I've never had a problem with returns at Fraser, Notino, or other stores. Avoid this shop if you don't want to be scammed, because that's exactly what The Perfume Shop is doing. Ou've had a truly terrible experience, and it's completely understandable that you'd advise others to avoid the shop.

I will never buy any product from this shop again. Made 2 orders online for collection at Blanchardstown, Dublin, Ireland, one 424 eurs and one 25 eurs. Collected the first order but the second order was missing. Contacted customer service by email with no response and never hear back from chat. 25 eurs are not much to lose but customer service is too bad. Don't recommend the shop.
