I have had outrageous experience with… I have had outrageous experience with this shop. Purchased a perfume box as a gift which arrived unsealed. They said I could return it to receive a sealed one. Yet, the return conditions state that the return needs to be unused and sealed (!) But they agreed to exchange the box which they delivered unsealed. the exchange was painful as there was no tracking, etc... Finally, the exchange arrived. Shockingly, the exchanged box was also unsealed. Thus, I could not use it as birthday gift and had to buy another present which leaves me out of pocket. Now they are telling me I can return this, instead of apologising profusely and providing a refund. Very bad customer service which responds to emails via authomated texts instead of reading emails. the same applies to their call centre staffed with incompetent individuals.

I bought two car perume bottles, on of the scents i was not too keen on so i emptied it and filled it with something i liked so all was well. The best part is i can refill with your own preference and it looks nice.

My Nightmare Experience I didn’t want to have to write this but I wanted to warn others of the problems I have had.. Ordered some after shave and perfume on the first day of September, a few hours later I realised I had made a mistake as the same items could be bought in lots of other places much cheaper. I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, The website said I had to wait for delivery and then return which seems crazy so soon after i had placed the order. The items arrived a few days later and I immediately started the return process, I followed all the instructions downloaded the postage label and sent the parcel. After almost 2 weeks I had still heard nothing regarding the return so I went on the yodel website and checked the tracking No. The tracking showed the parcel was stuck in a depot. So I called the couriers who told me they would do a search for my parcel, I then called the perfume shop, and have continued to call them for most of the week only to keep being told my case would be escalated. I eventually had an email reply from the Customer Experience Development Manager who asked me a few questions then heard nothing again until yesterday almost two weeks from when I first contacted them. The email simply said they had a photo of a parcel which was not a perfume shop return and was also addressed to a different company. They also said they would not help any further. I was furious I checked the tracking again and still said the same, I contacted yodel and was told my parcel had arrived damaged and I needed to contact the perfume shop. I tried to explain the situation and they just said I had to deal with the perfume shop. So again I phoned perfume shop customer service and I was again told it would be escalated, I also asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but apparently that isn’t possible. I have once again emailed this time asking for a copy of the photo they are claiming to have and again they have not replied. How can you call me a liar then refuse to speak to me, You have over £300 of mine and all the items i originally bought from you. I would like to see proof of what you are claiming, as I can’t even understand what you mean.. If I had been able to cancel the order in the first place I would not be in this situation My best advice to everyone else is do not use the perfume shop and it’s a shame I can’t give them 0 stars.

Awful. Had bad instore experience where the shop girl embarrassed me in front of other customers by making out I was spraying too much. Like she owned the place! Was given a code less than everyone else got to use onsite, was 15%off for all they gave me 10! They bumped it to 15 and bought a few bits. Along the way was given conflicting info about items and who could help,kept being fobbed off. Then when an item was missing on order they went through massive rigmarole getting me to fill loads of forms out and sending pictures. When I asked for update was told to provide it all again!!! They are a complete joke, NEVER AGAIN will I shop here. Their products are ridiculously overpriced and they treat their customers like nothing.

I went into the Broadway the perfume shop, and was served by a pretty young lady with great customer service called Satty. She was amazing at her job and helped me choose the right perfume for myself. She was great with all customers greeting them and saying goodbye to each and every customer. I usually order online, but because of her friendly, kind, great customer service skills l will be going back into the store for her. Ruby xx

SCAMMERS, stay away. If you really have to buy there, watch their hands, especially when you have ordered a few perfumes at discounted prices. They will still from your order. The customer service is completely useless, bunch of scammers, they will use every possible trick to avoid any responsibility. When they cannot deny anymore, they won't send you the item, at the very insolent way they will propose refund of discounted price, after several months of email exchange.

Please do not buy from them. After nearly a month still have not yet received my order. They keep saying has gone missing but so far not replacement has arrived. Have to contact them every couple of days for updates otherwise they can be bother to contact you. Worst company ever. I will never buy from them again.

Literally ordered an ENGRAVED perfume for my mums 50th birthday because I wanted to make it special. Couldn't open it as it was a gift to check for the engravement. When my mum opened it on the day there was NOTHING there. Emailed the company about it, they asked me to send pictures of the perfume. Have not heard anything for over 2 weeks after sending the photos. Why even offer an engravement option and charge for it if you cannot provide said service? Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I made an order by mistake and literally spoke to somebody on live chat and explained the situation to her and she stated as it was less then two hours ago when order was placed she will cancel the order. The next day, I checked my bank account nd the money was taken, so i went back on live chat and spoke to somebody called Megan who stated that cancellations are never 100% guaranteed and was no help whatsoever. I will never buy a product from there again.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND UPSET! YOUR INADEQUATE TEAM HAS RUINED MY MUMS 70TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT! I COULDN'T OPEN THE CELLOPHANE, TO CHECK THE BOTTLE, BECAUSE IT WAS FOR MY MUM! HOW CAN YOU ENSURE BY EMAIL THE ENGRAVING? WHICH TEAM MEMBER DID THIS ON PURPOSE???? DID THEY READ THE NAME AND THOUGHT "WE WILL JUST NOT ENGRAVE THE BOTTLE BECAUSE IT'S AN ASIAN NAME????" UNBELIEVABLE!! IS THIS COMPANY RACIST? I CAN'T THINK WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN UNLESS YOU HAD STEVIE WONDER WORKING ON THE SHIFT??? WOULD THERE BE ANY MISTAKES IF MY MOTHER'S NAME WAS CAROL? THIS PRESENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIAL! MY POOR MUM DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS LOOKING FOR! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I was waiting for my order for more than 12 days, wasn't updated on where my order is and at the end I was offered points or discount on my next order?!?!? Why would they think that I'll order from them again? Very disappointing....

The Perfume Shop are Online Fraudsters. They took payment of £50.89 for my online perfume orders on 11.12.20 and sent me nothing. My emails are unanswered and there is no phone number that works or any other form of contact available for customer services or head office. I am distressed and disgusted and I dont know what to do. I have not even been offered a refund and I am disgusted that they think it is okay to treat customers like this. Thr Police should look into this business. Please do not order anything from them.

I ordered with Parfume Shop in November...Still not received .l have sent plenty e mails to Costumers Service after 3 weeks reply , that DX delivery service couldn't find my property (very funny).Since then no reply , no refound (l have asked many times).Costumers Service is the worst l have seen ever .Don't buy , if you don't want to loose your money , please .

I ordered perfume from them on 30 November (a Christmas present for my wife). I received an order acknowledgement email promising delivery in 10 working days. Since then I've had nothing, and no reply to my chasing emails. I finally received a response on 28 December (not much use for Christmas) promising to look into this. Absolutely hopeless. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere!

Ordered two perfumes on the 26/11/20 i have never received them but they have taken the money for them. Hermes tracking says damaged beyond repair, i sent the Perfume shop an email explaining the tracking information they replied saying the would require an image of the damage to proceed, can not send an image of something that's never been received it's a complete mickey mouse company If you do find a way of contacting them they stall you each time. No other way of getting my money back so will contact my bank for a charge back. Don't buy online from these incompetent muppets you will be lucky to get your order.

Ordered £300 worth and thought it wasn’t going to come I ordered 1 week ago and it said it would be 10 days but it come in 7 days so I’m so happy!!! Will definitely be ordering again
