“Would give a minus star if I could. They did not send my order and when I inquired this is what they said; Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on May 11. Please see the attached USPS tracking details for reference.USPS.com® - USPS Tracking® Results If you have not received the package, we kindly ask that you contact USPS as soon as possible. Since the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, USPS will have the most accurate delivery details and can further assist you with locating the package. “@Stevie A M Moran: My Perfume Shop - Absolutely disgusting service. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Promises broken and how is it the only contact is email and no one can see any comments made on their Facebook or instagram social media? I have been waiting since March. They promised if I did not receive a postal advice by last Friday I would get a full refund. Wrong they keep telling me now to wait longer as more delays when they’ve said twice the product has arrived in their warehouse!!! I have rung and no answer to my messages. I want a full refund but they keep ignoring me and I am now concerned they scam people and give only a few legitimate orders filled to people and then people like me they have no intention of fulfilling the order then they do us over. I’m not stopping until they do what they have promised”

“There was an event buy one get one half price and seeing as its my birthday soon my fiancee ordered ne 2 aftershaves saturdaywhich it said would be ready by Tuesday however when she went to check if it was ready she discovered they'd refunded the money and they won't hinor the buy one get one half price now the aftershave is still available but they dodnt care they'd messed up they are an absolute joke well the customer service anyway the lady in the shop was nice”

“Please do not order from this shop. I have waited months and keep getting, delays for this that or something else. I suspect it is a total scam. Who do I report it to? Does anybody know or has anyone ever received their orders from this shop?”

“I returned a perfume in its original plastic packaging so no way it could have been opened and “sprayed”, 2 weeks after they received the return they have the audacity to tell me it was opened and “sprayed”?! I must be a magician! AVOID AVOID AVOID!”

“Bought chanel blue because it was advertised as long lasting but couldn't smell after an hour. Sent back for a refund or exchange nearly a month later after a few messages and calls they sent it back because I'd opened it. How was I supposed to know it was substandard unless I tried it.”

“I regret ordering from this website. It has been over a month since I placed my order (8th Feb), and there is still no update or dispatch. Customer service keeps giving the same excuse about sending a tracking number “by the end of the day,” which never happens. Very unreliable service.”

“I have used Dior elixir for many years. I’ve just received a bottle from theperfumeshop.com and it smells nothing like the previous bottles of Elixir I’ve had including the one I still have from my last order from boots. This new bottle smells totally different and wears off within 2-3 hours unlink the 12-14hour my bottle from boots lasts? It doesn’t have the key deep woody smell it’s just a peppery light smell. I ordered the Dior Eau Forte in the past from this company and also had the same issue I just assumed it was the Eau Forte as it’s water based but I know Dior Elixir well and what they’ve provided me must have something wrong with it or not be a genuine product. Maybe I’ve never smelt the real Eau Forte either? I’ve emailed them today but I doubt it’ll get me anywhere.”

“I had a very bad experience with this perfume shop. I placed an order on 14 December, but the parcel was never delivered. I contacted customer support, opened a complaint, and requested a refund. After more than one month, I still have no product and no refund. Communication was slow and unhelpful. This is unacceptable, and I would not recommend ordering from this shop.”

“Do not order from this company. I returned an unopened perfume and still have not had my refund. It has been weeks. I have tried to complain and sent tins of emails all I get back is it is being processed. Avoid this company.”

“First time I've ever written a review before I have received the product. My order is repeatedly delayed to a point i doubt it will turn up. My advice to anyone contemplating using The Perfume Shop is you would be far better spending a little more and using a competitor.”

“Would give 0 stars if I could I ordered. Few bits thankfully not too expensive but not the point I never fot the perfume I ordered I recieved the other bits though... I tried contacting through email and my email was closed I then tried to ring customer service after searching for their number online , after 40 minutes waiting the man told me to email photos which I explained I already had and the email was closed I said I would like it sorting here and now , the "gentleman" continued by putting down the phone on me , no aggression no rude words and that's how these clowns respond.... good luck chasing orders with these there is zero customer service and I have never had the phone put down on me by a company before , very quick to respond to paypal disputes though...... avoid at all costs online !!!!”
