WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I made an order by mistake and literally spoke to somebody on live chat and explained the situation to her and she stated as it was less then two hours ago when order was placed she will cancel the order. The next day, I checked my bank account nd the money was taken, so i went back on live chat and spoke to somebody called Megan who stated that cancellations are never 100% guaranteed and was no help whatsoever. I will never buy a product from there again.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND UPSET! YOUR INADEQUATE TEAM HAS RUINED MY MUMS 70TH BIRTHDAY PRESENT! I COULDN'T OPEN THE CELLOPHANE, TO CHECK THE BOTTLE, BECAUSE IT WAS FOR MY MUM! HOW CAN YOU ENSURE BY EMAIL THE ENGRAVING? WHICH TEAM MEMBER DID THIS ON PURPOSE???? DID THEY READ THE NAME AND THOUGHT "WE WILL JUST NOT ENGRAVE THE BOTTLE BECAUSE IT'S AN ASIAN NAME????" UNBELIEVABLE!! IS THIS COMPANY RACIST? I CAN'T THINK WHY THIS WOULD HAPPEN UNLESS YOU HAD STEVIE WONDER WORKING ON THE SHIFT??? WOULD THERE BE ANY MISTAKES IF MY MOTHER'S NAME WAS CAROL? THIS PRESENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SPECIAL! MY POOR MUM DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS LOOKING FOR! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I was waiting for my order for more than 12 days, wasn't updated on where my order is and at the end I was offered points or discount on my next order?!?!? Why would they think that I'll order from them again? Very disappointing....

The Perfume Shop are Online Fraudsters. They took payment of £50.89 for my online perfume orders on 11.12.20 and sent me nothing. My emails are unanswered and there is no phone number that works or any other form of contact available for customer services or head office. I am distressed and disgusted and I dont know what to do. I have not even been offered a refund and I am disgusted that they think it is okay to treat customers like this. Thr Police should look into this business. Please do not order anything from them.

I ordered with Parfume Shop in November...Still not received .l have sent plenty e mails to Costumers Service after 3 weeks reply , that DX delivery service couldn't find my property (very funny).Since then no reply , no refound (l have asked many times).Costumers Service is the worst l have seen ever .Don't buy , if you don't want to loose your money , please .

I ordered perfume from them on 30 November (a Christmas present for my wife). I received an order acknowledgement email promising delivery in 10 working days. Since then I've had nothing, and no reply to my chasing emails. I finally received a response on 28 December (not much use for Christmas) promising to look into this. Absolutely hopeless. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere!

Ordered two perfumes on the 26/11/20 i have never received them but they have taken the money for them. Hermes tracking says damaged beyond repair, i sent the Perfume shop an email explaining the tracking information they replied saying the would require an image of the damage to proceed, can not send an image of something that's never been received it's a complete mickey mouse company If you do find a way of contacting them they stall you each time. No other way of getting my money back so will contact my bank for a charge back. Don't buy online from these incompetent muppets you will be lucky to get your order.

Ordered 3 aftershaves 4 weeks ago, Hermes say it was delivered but was not, emails to perfume shop go unreplied. No live chat and no contact number.

Customer service is really bad and I’ve ordered a perfume next day delivery and it been 4 days now still haven’t received it yet and I’ve called them five time no one picks it up. Don’t buy it guys really bad service.

Absolute joke of a company. Try and make your purchases elsewhere. Placed an order and paid for the goods. Never received the item. Called to tell them to let them know it hadn't arrived to be told they need up to 30 days to investigate where it is . Called them after 30 days to then be told that they have not got a conclusion to there investigation. I wanted to speak to a manager but I have to wait up to 3 days for them to call me. Still waiting.

Ordered a perfume worth £50 received an empty opened parcel and the perfume was missing!! It’s Royal Mail delivery which was not even signed for and the postman just threw it on the door step. I contacted the perfume shop and filled out form and sent pix of the but they got back to me to say that the warehouse confirmed putting it inside the parcel before posting. It’s not my problem that they chose the cheapest way of mail and didn’t seal the box properly. I paid £50 for nothing. I’m really so disappointed they wasted my time as I had to email phone and fill many forms and money for nothing. Never buy from them rubbish customer service and they are a scam

This company has hackers on their server. I have had someone hack my account and buy over £150 of stuff using the detail they detail they have stolen from them... I just keep getting sorry we can help you as it’s been shipped details... this has left me in a real financial difficulty and in the worst time, I’m a single mum and frontline worker, and struggling as it is, I would never be able to splash out like this on myself, but someone else has.. makes me sick

Ordered 2 bottles of £90 perfume, only received 1, after a week waiting to here back I got an email saying that the warehouse have checked and they packed 2 the case is closed and they hope I understand, even though I sent pics of the box it came in that would not have housed a 75ml bottle of angel. They are con artists do not give these idiot your money

Ordered perfume for click and collect because it told me it would available in 2 hours. 5 days later I was still waiting for the email confirming that the order is ready, and they didn't reply to any emails or DMs either. Finally emailed me to tell me that the order had been ready to collect within 2 hours all along but they never told me. Useless. Avoid.

I placed an order on Tuesday 26 November next day delivery got a confirmation straight away it is now December 2 after numerous queries with no answer I have today got in touch by phone spoke to Megan who was very helpful the rest of your services wants a good shake up never have encountered such bad service absolutley atrocious

Been using perfume shop for a while and have been happy with their service until now! I recently received a bottle off aftershave (bought as a gift) uncellophaned/open and looking used! When I queried this and sent them photos I was advised that ‘after speaking to their warehouse they can confirm that the aftershave comes uncellophaned and therefore it has not been opened’!! They think that response is good enough! I have never bought a perfume/aftershave that isn’t sealed and, after looking at the same in boots, saw that it comes sealed! So how come the Perfume Shop comes unsealed!? Absolute rubbish! Can’t give as a gift cause it looks used so a waste of money! Will never use them again!

I am very very disappointed with my order as I used the Perfume shop first time. My order hasn't been sent for the last two weeks and I have called so many times which I had to wait for a long time. I was told they would check the warehouse and next I asked for refund as I had to buy the same present for my daughter due to not having the gift on time. I have asked this week to confirm the refund with an email and yet no response! I have just called again earlier on and again promised that I would get an email to confine the refund!! Nothing yet!! What is happening!! What would you damage your reputation? I regularly use online so far it is one of the worst companies I have dealt. This is the time to please customer. It is Christmas isn't it? I will never recommended and tell my colleagues not to order from their website. Wasting my time by calling and getting distressed over an order! It feels like I have been scammed. Please get it right!!!

Read the rest of the reviews I’m not the first person this has happened to!! Disgusting customer service. My order either wasn’t sent or it was and has been misplaced. Contacted them and still no resolve which really messed up my plans for the gift I have purchased for a friend. Nearly three weeks ago I placed my order and they’ve said they’ll send me out a replacement but still haven’t. Funny how it’s happened for an expensive bottle of perfume. Money stealing good for nothing company!!!!!! I’ll be telling all of my friends to go elsewhere and won’t be buying my Christmas presents from them this year, shame they’ve lost a decent customer.
