I ordered from The Dublin Perfume shop as a surprise for my daughter, Ref 386862. I wanted to surprise her but put the wrong address on. Only after 2 days did I find out and tried to change it but was told this could not be changed and the prder would probably be returned and then a refund issued. However, it turns out that the proder may have been delivered to the WRONG person?? (still to be confirmed) and I am getting no replies when i try to communicate with customer service. I want to know if it has indeed been delivered to the WRONG person and also how can the parcel be given over to the WRONG person???? Karen Beckley (order made out to my daughter Jasmine Beckley)

I bought 2 bottles of Armani Diamonds at this shop for £80.00 only to find another shop doing the same deal for £10 less. Can they refund me my £10.00?
