I recently attended your store in Livingston Centre and was served by Aurora who was covering a shift there. She was so helpful and pleasant that I felt the need to give her a shout out for her excellent customer service skills.

Had a problem with an order on 04/10/2024 the order went through 3 times and 3 payments taken from my account . Contacted you to have 2 orders cancelled but all 3 were . One charge was reversed by my bank on 20/10 but am still waiting for the other 2 refunds . I have been emailing constantly and and was told on 10/10 I would have refund in 3-7 working days.. still no refund yet 2 weeks later . Dreadful service

Dreadful! I was signed up for membership without knowledge or consent. Money has been taken from my PayPal account without my authorisation. I'm disgusted with this company and will never buy from them again or recommend them. Should be reported.

I get empty bottle of perfume then bottle was broken in pieces .. I write to tps they want evidence this was a joke I think who normal keep at home preces of glasses !? I send to them empty bottle of perfume what I get and damaged boxes ! They don’t want send to me new perfume or refund to me terrible service ! I m not recommended really unprofessional!

Rudeness and customer feeling uncomfortable. Being honest the young lady who looked to be a new member of staff in the shop at Chapelfield, Norwich. She trying very hard to please with very nice manners and straight to the customer to serve Great! The other two members obviously old staff taking there roles as staff members for granted continued ignoring customers and carried on laughing and talking aloud. They even instructed the newer member of staff on what to sell, give away as free testers/samples? belittling the newer member in front of customers, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 for the young lady who did serve myself but for the interference from the other two members with the obvious fake yellow tan's, very disappointing and made me feel very uncomfortable with the rudeness. Date of experience: 28 August 2024

ordered jean paul bottle definitely different bottle no smell at all at the cost of £82 i am fuming they are ignoring my emails. After using my blue light card and going through the app from my blue light card. Do not buy on line they are all fake!!!!

Bought a number of items including the Tom Ford (TF) Ombré Leather parfum and body spray. The TF items arrived a day after everything else and when I opened the package, the TF box was not in wrapping (cellophane). I opened the box and it was clear someone had already taken the items out and then returned them in the box without aligning. The body spray was not 150ml and barely had less than half it. The parfum lasts literally 1hr only. Suspected fake or at the least old item and even used. Customer service was abysmal and failed to even offer an exchange. All this happened on the day the item arrived and the next day - so hardly me trying to use the items and exchange them for new!!! Trading Standards here I come!

Will not buy here again. Bough Prada for my husband and the smell lasted only for 5seconds. All fake! Had mine as well and lasted 2 seconds! Its a bloody con, I wonder my family are embarrassed to say I gave them fake gifts last Christmas. Effin rubbish, avoid this shop!

My son purchased Estee Lauder Cinnabar from The perfume shop, which I have been using since I was 18yrs old after receiving it as a gift. My mother also loves it and I always purchase from boots or department stores. I am now 60yrs old. People always asked me what I was wearing and the fragrance would last continously. This bottle has no fragrance at all. I am extremely disappointed. This is not a cheap perfume.

No stars This one's for Head Office. On the 20th of April my daughter called me whilst at the Walthamstow counter. She said mum what perfume do you want. She was asking because my birthday was 4 days later. I said I want a prada paradoxe intense and she said give her a few choices , as she knows I wear perfume dayly. And she knows I am a great perfume fan. I said OK call me back in 5min, let me log into my ac and see what I've smelt. She called back and I mentioned I also liked Dior frenchie. She proceeded to ask the sales staff whilst I was still on the phone, for above mentioned Dior. She probably went with the Dior has she was awear I had recently purchased the regular paradoxe from this store. The counter staff reply was we don't sell Dior frenchie. I then interrupted and said to my daughter over the phone. Tell her they do as its on the Web site and it's the pink luquid one. She must of took a moment as I could hear her asking my daughter if she would like to smell it. My daughters responce was, I don't need to, as it's for my mother and she knows what she likes. Now my daughter assumes she has been given the correct item. Bids me good by and hangs up. Now this is not a perfume she wares or knows anything about. She was purchasing for me as a gift. I have never purchased a full size bottle. I fell in love with the smell from my Miniature Dior gift set. I wouldn't know what the packaging looked like and my daughter wouldn't know either. Whilst out to dinner on my birthday I received the item, Nicly gift wrapped in a nice dior bag. On opening and spraying, only to find it's the Edp and not the EDT frenchie, which are very different,Instant headache. I knew instantly this was a mistake instore, as I was on the phone whilst the request was being made. This is where I shop my kids and husband shop. I never expected to be given the run around of excuses and shifting of blame for and internal mistake via customer service . They point blank refused to make the situation right under the disguise of internal investagation. Refuse to replace the item with the requested item. All I have had is a barrage of email excuses and blaim shifting. For such a large organisation it's bad very bad. I even emailed the management as was getting nowhere with the customer service team. So far I have had no response from her. If this is the stance of the perfume shop I will shop elsewhere, Walthamstow branch will not be getting a penny more from me. I am an all year round perfume shopper and iam an all year round receiver. I am not desperate I have and wear a vast collection. And will tell everyone around me not to make a purchase for me there. The stance here is make the sale at any cost even if your product knowledge is lacking. And if you get it wrong we won't put it right. Date of experience: 20 April 2024

I HOPE YOU’RE ENJOYING MY MONEY. I BOUGHT 80 POUNDS 100 ML OF “VALENTINO UOMO BORN IN ROME INTENSE” AND IT’S ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. IT’S SMELLS LIKE 10 POUNDS FRAGRANCE FROM GAS STATION. I HOPE MY SACRIFICE WILL PROTECT YOU FROM BUYING ANY PARFUME FROM THIS SHOP!

Don't waste your money. This is a scam site. I ordered $178.00 on perfume for Christmas gifts and received NOTHING. You will never be able to contact them or speak to a representative.

don't pay with card, don't trust buy and second purchase -25%, don't give any adresses ,name nothing! Steeling money from Your account. Today -15pounds from my bank account-like renew membership! Didn't subscribe, nothing. Year ago bought from them and gave seller email, my adress and name, just buy one and get discount ... Amazing! Colecting money Easter Sunday, +bank holiday.Scamers and perfume is realy fake! Never wasn't problems with Boots or other shops because NOBODY DIDN'T STEEL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! Scammers !!!
