“I was at the shop at the grand central in Birmingham and the lady who served me was excellent and very knowledgeable of the product she was selling. She made my shopping very easy and can’t wait to be back. Keep up the great service and one lucky customer being served by Brimi I hope it’s the correct spelling of her name.”

“I went into the Broadway the perfume shop, and was served by a pretty young lady with great customer service called Satty. She was amazing at her job and helped me choose the right perfume for myself. She was great with all customers greeting them and saying goodbye to each and every customer. I usually order online, but because of her friendly, kind, great customer service skills l will be going back into the store for her. Ruby xx”

“Ordered £300 worth and thought it wasn’t going to come I ordered 1 week ago and it said it would be 10 days but it come in 7 days so I’m so happy!!! Will definitely be ordering again”

“I bought a bottle of agent provocateur fatale pink as they didn't sell the Matisse scent. I am shocked to say I only paid£20 for 100ml. It's a lot cheaper than the one I originally wanted. Very impressed..”

“Their website is easy to use and have amazing offers on all the time. Their express delivery is great got my order a day before they said which is even better!! They also sent me two free testers of other perfume I was looking at buying but I could not make my mind up so I was really happy that I could see what they smelt like before I buy them next time. Would recommend them to everyone”
