I placed an order on The Perfume Shop website on 3/8/19 and subsequently emailed their cancellations dept on 4/8/19 to cancel the order before it was shipped.
Despite the cancellation, the product was shipped on 5/8/19. Delivery by Royal Mail was refused and tracking shows that the product was successfully delivered back to The Perfume Shop on 12/8/19.
I followed up by email twice since, on 8/8/19 and 12/9/19 and have received no response. I subsequently telephoned The Perfume Shop on 15/8/19 and was told the item had been received back in the warehouse and a refund would be issued.
Since then I’ve had no meaningful contact from them and I am still waiting for a refund and explanation of what’s happened.
