I had a wonderful experience at the T.J.Maxx located in World Village. After shopping, I accidentally left my iPhone in the store and didn't realize it until I had already left the store and gone to another location. I was panicked and checked with other store first, but they weren't able to help much. I went back to my car, still couldn’t find my phone, and finally returned to T.J.Maxx. When I asked one of the workers, they kindly checked and returned my phone to me—it had been found by another customer and safely kept by the staff. I was so relieved and grateful. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. Thank you to the T.J.Maxx team(especially Kyle, Grace) for their great customer service and integrity!
