“I would give their customer service at their home office a zero stars. They sold products that damaged my custom made outdoor sofas and refuse to fix the issue. I purchased pillows for the outdoor from their Nautica line. These pillows once left outside, immediately the patterns ink transferred to the custom couch cushions. I have been trying to solve this issue with both Nautica and TJ Maxx , with both companies denying whose fault it is and putting the other to blame. Dont buy their stuff, they don't stand by the quality or support their customers”
