I bought two matching table lamps. When I got home, I unwrapped both and displayed on my bedside tables, however, one was not working when I switched it on. I took both the lamps back with as much packaging as I could salvage along with my receipt. They gave me a full refund, with no issue. I was relieved as I was concerned I may need to keep the working lamp as I had unwrapped it.
