Loyal customer of TM Lewin for over 10 years, always buy my shirts from them. Since they have closed their shops the online service quite frankly is diabolical!
Ordered two shirts online and then a week later - YES a whole week, I get two e-mails saying they are out of stock so they have simply cancelled the order and that I will have to wait up to 7 days for my refund. Really disappointing that it takes them 14 days to deal with this when it should be instant.
Won't be using them again. AVOID.
