I ordered around a dozen shirts over two orders back in June.
Having tried them on I decided to return a few.
Almost a month later I have not received a refund. I have contacted TM Lewin multiple times to discuss and have not had any response.
Having been a loyal customer for the past five years I will never shop there again due to the terrible customer service.
