Enjoyed my experience with tool station.....Friendly and professional assistance behind the counter....Very poor phone response which is unfortunate as it disappoints and frustrates.....I bought 2 power tools ,1 on line and one over the counter.....Good to have competition to other competitors.......I will use them again but I am suspicious of the phone option.....
