I've just watched a video of a woman who is medically exempt, be verbally abused by a man at the Northampton store. Violating so many laws that I hope she takes legal action for discrimination. It's in the companies best interest to remove people in CUSTOMER SERVICE who cannot treat customers WITH SERVICE.
