For 2 months I have been chasing a refund for an item that was never delivered. All head office (who are unreachable but phone) and store staff can say is “we can’t do anything because it’s showing as being refunded. I have not received the refund so it looks like I will pay £70 for nothing.
Don’t use internet service it very poor with no customer service back up. Staff must still be working from home due to vivid measures???
