I used the Rickmansworth store to buy a few things some of which I needed help/extra information with. Liam served me and couldn't of been more helpful. He explained fully what I needed to buy and how to use them. I will not go to a big superstore again where you can never find anyone to help and when you do they have absolutely no product knowledge!!!
